WHY ARE SWEET HOMES SUPERIOR THAN A STANDARD HOTEL?

It's how our serviced flats are set up. There will be two bedrooms, a living room, and a lot of space in the room where you will be staying. In addition to cleaning and laundry services, our apartments feature a functional kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, utensils, and so on.

WHICH FOOD OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

If you prefer to prepare your own meals, all the basic necessary kitchenette will be provided by us, we may assist you in selecting food from nearby stores and vegetable market.

WHAT ARE THE SLEEPING CONDITIONS? IS IT POSSIBLE TO ASK FOR AN EXTRA BED?

The number of people permitted to occupy the flat is limited to the number of beds available. However, more beds can be offered in some places for a fee that must be asked at the time of booking.

DO YOU HAVE A CHARGE FOR CHILDREN?

Children under the age of 12 will not be charged. However, the costs vary depending on the apartment/room. Please ensure that your family or friends do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in our flats.

IS TAXI SERVICE PROVIDED BY SWEET HOMES?

Yes, we have a partnership with Uber and Ola for any interstate trips. You can settle the bills directly with the Uber & Ola driver or request a charge-me-later, which allows you to pay the amount before you check out.

IS THERE A BOOKING PERIOD MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM?

Yes, a guest can book an apartment for one day or one year.

HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM OR FLAT?

Guests can book online at www.sweethomes4u.in or submit a query to our reservations team at info@sweethomes4u.in. We will strive to react as soon as possible and assist you in finding the best bargain.

WHO WILL MANAGE MY RESERVATION?

Our reservations team manages all reservations centrally. or all of your requests, a dedicated agent will be assigned.

ARE THERE TARIFFS OR DISCOUNTS?

Tariffs are determined by the length of stay and the number of guests. Please feel free to browse our properties and investigate packages that best suit your requirements. We automatically apply savings to reservations of 20 days or more. However, the discount granted may differ depending on the package type and frequency of booking.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT FOR MY RESERVATION?

You can make a payment using an online account transfer (NEFT, IMPS, RTGS), cash, or G.Pay.

CAN I PAY AFTER OR DURING THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS?

We're sorry, but many of our locations do not have front-desk staff to handle billings. Unless otherwise arranged, guests are required to pay before to check-in.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STUDIO, A 1 BHK APARTMENT, AND A 2 BHK APARTMENT?

The studio is similar to a hotel room but has more space, including a workspace/dining area and a small kitchenette with a cooker, oven and refrigerator. A studio also has a bathroom with toiletries and a television. 1 and 2 BHK flats are larger than studios and include a separate living room. The majority of the beds in the master bedrooms are king size, and the rooms may be linked by doors. Single beds are frequently found in the second and third bedrooms. The apartments also include a full-sized kitchen with a standard refrigerator, cooking stove and oven, as well as a designated dining area. The flats have their own bathrooms.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all forms of payment, including cash and internet banking. Payment policies are consistent across properties. Please contact our reservations staff for further information.

DO I REQUIRE AN ID TO CHECK IN?

Yes. For all guests checking in, please bring a government-issued photo ID. Identification documents recognised include Aadhaar cards, Voter ID cards, and passports. The guest will not be able to check in unless they have a valid ID.

WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

If you arrive early, you can leave your bags with us for no additional charge. The possibility of early check-in is subject to availability. Check-out time is 10:30 p.m. If you need to check out late, please contact our caretaker / front desk and we will make accommodations based on availability. Like when you check in, you can keep your bags with us when you check out at no additional charge.

CAN I HIRE PEOPLE FOR A FORMAL MEET AND GREET?

Yes, our apartments have a separate sitting room with Wi-Fi from the main area.

DOES SWEET HOMES PROVIDE SPECIALISED PARKING?

Yes, each property has its own parking place. We ask that you please indicate this while making your reservation so that we can reserve a nice place for you.

IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO HAVE A PARTY AND CONSUME ALCOHOL?

It is permissible to have a party and consume alcohol?
